Private Pay Services Offered

  • Nursing – to provide nursing assessment, education and necessary skilled care, such as:
    • Venipuncture - Skilled nurse collects lab specimen (draws blood) and delivers sample to the lab.
    • Medication Set Up - Skilled nurses set up prescribed medications in daily pill boxes per patient’s request. Teaching is provided regarding medications, as needed.
    • Diabetic Foot Care - Skilled nurses perform assessment of feet, and provide nail care. Trained to trim, file, clean and inspect nails. Available to non-diabetics as well.
    • Wound Care - Registered Nurse specialized in wound and ostomy care. Provides consultation and treatment plans in accordance with attending physician. Coordinates wound care with physician, family, and other health care providers.
  • Home Health Aides – Provides personal care to patients, including bath, assist with dressing, meal preparation, feeding and routine housekeeping tasks. There is a minimum of two hours per visit.
  • Bath Service – Registered Home Health Aide or Attendant provides patient with a bath and linen change. This is a one hour visit.
  • Homemaker / Companion – Individual trained to provide homemaking and companionship in the home. Able to provide meal preparation and routing housekeeping duties, as well as, shopping and transportation. Not able to provide any hands-on care. There is a minimum of two hours per visit.
  • 24 hour Service – Companionship, Attendant Care, Homemaker service up to 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Special pricing available for 12 hours or greater per day.
